As of today it has since become a garden, a CSA share (a vegetable share from a local organic farm, Greenbranch Farms in Salisbury, Maryland), AND now a blog! My boyfriend (the cook in the house) has always been all about cooking with fresh, organic ingredients, preferably locally grown as well. We always talk about writing some of his culinary creations down but have never ended up getting around to it. This summer, between our garden and vegetable share, seemed like the perfect time to document our kitchen adventures (Joe's with cooking and mine with blogging and cleaning up). We hope to not only document our dishes but offer some insight in to cooking with seasonal (and sometimes foreign) ingredients. The recipes will not have exact measurements, just the general ideas behind our dishes to help provide some guidance while letting your own cooking style play a part. We hope you enjoy! Cheers!
